Type of information we collect:
Avarna Group is the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you. We ask for your name, business address, business email, and business phone number to be able to contact you during the initial stages of a project. We do not ask for personal address, personal email, or personal phone numbers.
Why we need your data:
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with ongoing organizational updates, analysis, and services to communicate with you about matters related to our engagement. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee our services. Because we are collecting your data, we take extra care with our security.
What we do with your data
All personal data we process is reviewed and stored securely by our employees in our organizational Google account for the purpose of communicating throughout a project. We cannot control what access third parties have to your data without your consent. Avarna Group does not share, rent, sell or lease your personal information to any unaffiliated person or entity for any reason and without your fully expressed consent.
We use MailChimp to occasionally send newsletters that update you on changes to our organizational systems and share the progress of our team. You will always have the option to opt out of subscription of these emails using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each newsletter. If you do not wish to receive emails from Avarna Group, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom and top of each newsletter.
