This course has 4 lessons with tips and tools to have difficult conversations related to DEIJ, including a foundational lesson on some basic checks before having difficult conversation, followed by lessons on three types of conversations: (1) giving people feedback on exclusionary behaviors and having difficult conversations with someone who is skeptical or resistant to DEIJ work; (2) navigating conversations where people express defensiveness or resistance; and (3) receiving feedback with empathy, grace, and a commitment to learning.
