This course has 8 lessons to support your organization or movement in transforming internal culture from a culture of exclusion to a culture of belonging. We will begin with the importance of belonging in organizations. Through the lens of scenarios, we will describe eight cultures of organizations that can impede DEIJ work and prevent a sense of belonging, along with some hallmarks of these cultures.
